Almost finished

Today I finished my last 1A patient and my sealants, I also was able to finish the mom of my 1A who was just a 1B. I feel pretty good about how things are going, but I wish I could just find my last 2 quads of a class 3. I honestly feel like I have tapped all my resources. Now I don't what else to do except hope that something will come up. We'll just have to wait and see.
